Rescheduling/Canceling
To reschedule/cancel you must give a notice at least 24 hrs. in advance of your appointment to avoid additional fees. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hrs will result in an assessment of $25.
Late
In the event you are running behind schedule you are allotted a 10 min grace period. To ensure all services scheduled can be performed during your appointment time. Be sure to call TRG Waxing Studio. After 10 minutes, a $15 assessment will be charged.
No Show
Full payment of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. No shows on Saturdays are subject to additional charges.
